Suendero Pairings French Onion Crostini

Ingredients

  • 2 large onions
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 cup bone broth
  • 1 tbsp dijon
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 baguette
  • smoked pecorino cheese

Directions

    Caramelize the onions in a pan over medium heat until golden brown, then set aside.

    Slice the baguette and toast the slices until golden and crisp. Set aside.

    In a saucepan, combine the bone broth, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and thyme.

    Simmer and reduce the mixture by half, then stir in the caramelized onions.

    Spoon the onion mixture onto the toasted baguette slices, garnish with smoked pecorino
