Purchasing

  • How do I log into my online portal?

    The login button is located in the upper right-hand corner of the Vina Robles Vineyards& Winery website. Use your account email address and password. If you forgot your user name or password, click here. If you are a new customer to Vina Robles, you can sign up for an account by clicking here.

  • Where can I purchase Vina Robles wine?

    Vina Robles wines can be purchased online through our website, and at a growing number of locations both nationally and internationally. Utilize our store locator to find businesses near you that carry our wine.

  • Will Vina Robles ship wine?

    Yes, we ship direct to consumers to about 30 states.
    We can ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY

  • Is it safe to ship wine during the summer?

    We do not recommend shipping wine outside of California during the summer months due to extreme heat conditions. If you do so, the shipping date will be based on weather forecasts and at your own risk.

  • Will Vina Robles accept returns or exchanges?

    We will gladly replace any bottle of wine purchased from Vina Robles Vineyards & Winery that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. We ask that the customer contact us immediately and return the unfinished portion of the original bottle. Please send an email to hello@vinarobles.com to arrange for the return of a corked or otherwise flawed product.

  • Will Vina Robles offer charitable donations?

    Vina Robles is a proud and active supporter of programs serving our local community by offering in-kind donations. To apply for a donation, please submit your request via e-mail to hello@vinarobles.com, at least six weeks prior to the date of your event. You will receive a notification once a decision has been made regarding your donation request.

Signature Wine Club

  • What are the benefits of joining the Vina Robles Signature Wine Club?

    Signature Club members enjoy priority access to our limited-edition wines, complimentary tastings at our Hospitality Center, invitations to Signature Club events, as well as discounts on hotel stays, transportation, golf, and entertainment. Please review our club benefits and discounts.

  • How do I receive wine club discounts?

    Club members must be an active member and in good standing in order to receive Wine Club discounts. To apply discounts online, please log in through your Member Login portal.

  • When and how do I receive notifications regarding club shipments?

    We notify our Signature Wine Club members via email one month prior to being charged for club shipments. We ship allocations once billing is complete, which is approximately two weeks after being charged for the shipment.
    Please make sure to add wineclub@vinarobles.com as a contact to your email address book.

  • Do Wine Club events have a cancellation policy?

    In an effort to include as many Signature Club members as possible at Vina Robles Wine Club events, we kindly ask that you notify our team at 805.721.4553,  or via email at wineclub@vinarobles.com twenty-four (24) hours in advance if you are unable to attend so that we may open up the spot for additional members. If you have a reservation and do not show up, a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fee per guest will be charged to the card on file.

  • Can I give a Signature Wine Club membership as a gift?

    Vina Robles wines make a great gift! Choose between a fixed-length membership or an ongoing gift. Gifted memberships will include a personalized gift note upon activation. Sign up here.

  • Can I cancel my Club Membership?

    You may request to cancel your membership any time after receiving the fourth shipment. Changes and cancellations to your membership record must be made in writing by e-mail to wineclub@vinarobles.com, U.S. mail to 1650 Ramada Drive, Suite 140, Paso Robles, CA 93446 at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled shipment. Wine

  • How should I store my wine?

    The ideal temperature for cellaring wines is 55 to 60 degrees. We also recommend that wine is stored on its side and away from light, and that temperature fluctuations are held to a minimum.

  • Who owns Vina Robles now?

    In 2024, Vina Robles was purchased by Courtney Benham and the CMB Family of Wines, a respected, family-owned company based in California. The winery continues to operate under the Vina Robles name, honoring its Paso Robles roots while embracing an exciting new chapter of innovation and hospitality.

  • What changes can I expect under the new ownership?

    Vina Robles remains dedicated to crafting premium, sustainably made wines that reflect the unique terroir of Paso Robles. Under the leadership of Courtney Benham and the CMB Family of Wines, guests can expect refreshed tasting experiences, thoughtful new releases, and continued commitment to quality and community.

  • Will the wines or winemaking team be changing?

    Our philosophy and dedication to producing balanced, expressive wines from Paso Robles’ finest vineyards remain the same. The new ownership builds upon this foundation, with renewed investment in hospitality, sustainability, and the overall guest experience. Vina Robles’ winemaking now benefits from the leadership and expertise of Leslie Renaud and Raemy Paterson, the acclaimed winemakers behind sister winery Martin Ray in Sonoma County. Together, they bring decades of experience crafting expressive, vineyard-driven wines from California’s most distinguished regions, guiding Vina Robles into an exciting new chapter while honoring its Paso Robles roots.

  • What other brands are part of the CMB Family of Wines?

    The CMB Family of Wines, founded by vintner Courtney Benham, includes a diverse portfolio of California wineries united by a shared passion for quality, authenticity, and place. Alongside Vina Robles, the portfolio features Martin Ray, Angeline, Foppiano, Synthesis, and Courtney Benham Wines—each expressing the character of its home region and unique winemaking style.

  • Do Vina Robles wine club members receive benefits at other CMB wineries?

    Yes! As part of the CMB Family of Wines, Vina Robles club members enjoy special perks at our sister wineries. Members receive 15% off bottle purchases and a complimentary wine flight at both Martin Ray Winery in Sonoma County and Foppiano Vineyards in Healdsburg.
