2025 Rosé of Grenache

White WinesThe Grenache Rosé was made in a Provençal style, so the grapes were whole cluster pressed with minimal skin contact to achieve the light pink color. Then the juice was fermented and aged in stainless steel. No saignee - those grapes were destined to be rosé from the start.
