A Modern, Versatile Venue in the Heart of Paso Robles

We invite you to explore our modern, thoughtfully designed venue—an ideal setting for your next private event, corporate meeting, or celebratory dinner. Conveniently located just off Highway 101 and minutes from downtown Paso Robles, Vina Robles offers close proximity to acclaimed dining, boutique shopping, and a variety of hotel accommodations.

Our versatile spaces can accommodate gatherings ranging from 10 to 350 guests. While most areas are indoors, our roll-up garage doors and outdoor patio provide a seamless indoor-outdoor experience, perfect for welcome receptions or casual mingling. Ample, accessible parking is available onsite.

Conference Room

Designed for productivity and privacy, our Conference Room accommodates up to 10 guests in either classroom or boardroom-style seating. This intimate space is perfect for executive meetings, strategy sessions, or small group gatherings. To keep your team refreshed, complimentary water and coffee/tea service are included.

Library Loft

Overlooking the main tasting lounge, the Library Loft provides a stylish, semi-private setting for cocktail-style gatherings of up to 75 guests. Featuring its own bar and dedicated service access, this loft-like space is ideal for networking receptions or celebratory happy hours.

Please note: this upstairs space is not wheelchair accessible.

Tasting Room Lounge

Our signature venue, the Tasting Room Lounge, offers a modern and flexible space that can be adapted for a wide range of events. Accommodating up to 350 guests, it is perfect for large celebrations, corporate functions, or community events. This space includes access to our outdoor patio for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience, as well as the Library Loft for smaller breakout groups or private tastings.

Full Space Buyout

For the ultimate experience, reserve the entire Vina Robles tasting room and event space exclusively for your guests. A full buyout offers complete privacy and flexibility, allowing you to craft a truly bespoke celebration across all of our spaces—from the lounge and patio to the Mezzanine and Library Loft. Pricing is customized based on your event needs.
